1000 Series - For Small Precision Parts

- 2 End actuators for a smooth expansion deformation profile.
- Solid body with taper & ball expansion.
- Working area standardly available centered or offset for extra chucking material.
2000 Series - For Short Length Precision Parts
- Standard Diameters from 1/2”-3”
- Standard Working Lengths from 2”-8”
- Custom Lengths up to 60”
- 1 Side actuator for a consistent ramp shaped deformation profile.
- Solid body with single side actuated taper and ball actuation.
3000 Series - For Medium Precision Parts
- Diameters from 7/8” - 3.50”
- Working Lengths from 4.00” - 20.00”
- 2 End actuators for a smooth expansion deformation profile.
- Solid body with 3-ball reduced friction expansion.

4000 Series - For Long Length to Diameter Ratio Precision Parts
